OBAMA ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL CALLS SOLYNDRA AN “ENORMOUS SUCCESS”
The House Energy and Commerce Committee has been holding hearings on the “No More Solyndras Act,” designed to prevent repeat performances of President Obama’s horrendously expensive “green energy” failures. The Acting Executive Director of the Energy Department’s Loan Program Office, David G. Frantz, dropped by to demonstrate why this Act is so urgently needed.
Rep. Cliff Stearns, chairman of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, asked Franz if he would agree that “the Loan Guarantee Program has had a tough record.”
Frantz replied, “Quite to the contrary, sir, I think it’s been an enormous success.”
There have been so many “successes” that it’s hard to keep track of them all: Solyndra, Beacon Power, Abound Solar, Nevada Geothermal Power, Ener1, A123, SunPower, First Solar, Evergreen Solar, Solar Trust for America, Fisker Automotive… every one of them swimming in a thick “success” gravy of bankruptcy and layoffs.

I think I’ve zeroed in on the problem: nobody taught these people what certain words mean. So when they say something is a “success” it’s like your kid saying something is “hot” or “cool” – the word only makes sense to them. But what can you expect from an education system that focuses on unions instead of student?

Solyndra was an enormous success as a money laundering scheme.
The Obama Administration sent money through the front door, that went out the back door to Obama cronies, slush funds, campaign funds, etc, all at taxpayer expense.
If they can’t get it from you one way, they do it another.

Only in terms of corruption, theft, double-dealing, and payoffs could this program be remotely termed “a success.” Frantz knows it and the congressmen know it.

If liberals are so into green energy, they need to be forced to live by all-green standards.
Solar power in tiny apartments, with no a/c (that’s bad for the environmet.)
All liberals can only drive the Chevy Volt or Smart Car. No more limo’s for Hollywood liberals.
If they live in a house they can only produce energy from windmills or solar panels. NO ELECTRONIC OR GENERATOR BACK-UP.
No more guns for liberals or their bodyguards. If they need help they have to wait for the police.
Hollywood liberals and rockstars have to hand over 80 percent of their earnings to be re-distributed to other people.
Force them to learn Spanish and Islam as second languages.
They can only eat fruits and vegetables, since eveything else is “not good for you.” No swwets, salts, or proteins.
No more alchohol or cigarettes, and that includes pot as they are also not friendly to the enviornment and “bad for you.”
The only thing they are allowed to drink is water. PERIOD.
Keep them in big cities, and they aren’t allowed to venture out into the suburbs or go on vacation without a permit.
Le’s see how faithfull they’d remain to the Democrat party then.
