    @ old_oaks – Agent Gonzalez SHOULD have detained that asswipe. Photography is OK; asshattery is NOT.

    After the body cavity search, the camera (chip) could be retained as evidence if ANY legal action is contemplated. Asshat would then have to hire a lawyer to get it back.

    C’mon Gonzo, you have the authority, USE IT!

    @ Boobie, wasn’t there just a bunch of BS recently about AZ immigration laws?

    I actually applaud folks who test the constitution in practice, he may be an asshat but he’s proving a point… He’s not detained and therefore any questioning without probable cause is illegal.

    This is a long clip but it proves why you should under no circumstances ever talk to cops or government agents no matter if you’re detained or not.
