I’m Suing Any Business That Serves Kids Free
I’m not a kid, I don’t have kids, it’s discriminatory. I’ve also seen discounts for the military, firefighters, police, schoolteachers, seniors, early risers. Bullshit. No more discounts for anyone, and you can blame asshole atheists.

Private business, and none of anyone else’s if they want to -give- their frakkin’ food away.

NO! It is NOT discrimination. Mr. Atheist can go to any other restaurant that does not offer this discount.
And to take that tack, I am going to sue a restaurant owned by an atheist that does NOT offer this discount because it is obviously discriminitory.

Yep, I saw that gem of a story this morn ing on Foxnews.com
I seriously doubt there are any atheists who are Republicans. The same is true to say that its a safe bet that damn few Republicans are hardcore environmentalists.
That being said, it’s always some asshole fuckup of a failure on the Left who tries to drag the rest of us down to his/her/its level of shittyness. They really resent that the rest of us find ways to live happy lifestyles no matter what life throws at us so they are compelled to FORCE us to wallow in misery like they do.

I know where I am going to eat this Sunday.
45 min from the FreeHouse. It is a great place. Paul, (and Don) would be proud.
And John Wolff, dickhead, go to church and get a bulletin and leave. 10 Seconds for 10%, are you that stupid? I guess you are.
And athiests can eat free out back from the big green metal containers.

Whoa Whoa Whoa. Ya don’t have to go to attend church to get a bulletin. I DO have to over a certain age, to get a seniors discount. Why the hell didn’t someone ask him about that? I bet the people at Denny’s could comment on that.

What Mermaz said. Title II gave the feds the ability to go into every public business. It should be ruled unconstitutional, or at least reversed.

OK. Above the board. All anyone had to do to get the discount was go to the church and pick up a copy of the program.
Completely non-discriminatory.
Case closed.

@Gen. Ripper:
There are *many*, *many* conservative atheists, Yours Truly included. The difference is, we respect the right of a restaurant owner to support a viewpoint which he supports financially, so you don’t hear us whining and moaning over every supposed insult to our lack of faith.
I’d do what I always do: eat at the next place down.

I bet that miserable old fuck has never been to that place of business or ever intends to. He just saw the add in the paper and wanted attention himself.

It’s never enough for them to simply NOT believe in God, they have to be pests.

This is a no-brainer! It’s not discriminitory because he does not have to disavow his “religeous creed” (or lack of). He simply has to acquire a church bulletin from any church/temple etc. That does not require him to violate atheistic beliefs, unless they include not setting foot on hollowed ground! AHHH! There’s the rub! It is not a matter of the 1st Amendment, nor has it ever been. It is about castrating the christian faith in America. This man of gentle demeanor swears he just wants fairness. Bullshit! He wants an entire community of thousands to bend to his will in a fit of overzealous power hungry arrogance. His life is no worse if he doesn’t eat at Prudhomme’s. And if he wants the extra 10% off, stop by any church on the way and just ask ” may I have a bulletin?” The wont require a baptism or a circumsism. And if they do, then you may have a lawsuit. Until then, you’re just being an eighty year old asshole.

Interesting that “starting a dialogue” involved demanding a cease and desist and filing a complaint.

as seen on tammy bruce’s site by a commenter:
O/T: Hey, remember those ppl in PA who offered a discount to anyone who showed to dinner with a church bulletin (Tammy mentioned them on her show)?
Here’s their site and some things you can buy to support them:

This restaurant must be in the heart of Amish country. That John Wolff (the guy suing them( is one heckuva malicious moron…

@sorry but… – Not in Amish land. Near York Pa. Not that there none in that direction, but East of Lancaster is where you will find the most.
