Could this be a metaphor for what’s going to happen to the Obummer administration in Nov? One can only hope.

Yes Boobie the Joliet Slammers are properly named for Joliet but not a prison team. They used to be the Joliet Jackhammers, but for some reason the name was changed.. It used to be a fun game to go to.
I wonder if anyone got smothered by that tarp? It looked pretty damn dangerous to me.

BTW – I just put 2+2 together and realized this was filmed during the storm we had Friday night.
I was in the dungeon of cool air when I noted the windows rattling and rain hitting them. I thought “good, we’re finally getting some rain.”
Then I heard the wind, it was strong but nothing alarming, until the next gust. Ever hear the sill plate bolts of your home pop and creak? That’s when I hit the weather channel and was blasted with advisories. Apparently there was hurricane gale force winds in excess of 80MPH in the area.
Then the power went out.
It was pretty nasty for about a good 10 minutes. Silver Cross Field is about 7 miles southwest of here, yet my buddy about 3 miles south said not much happened around him.
It’s a storm to be remembered, there’s trees down all over the place.

Joliet slammers. Is that the prison team?
Aptly named, if it is.
