Progressives are looping this video and masturbating to it. It shows Rep. Jean Schmidt of Ohio reacting to the striking of the mandate before she heard the other shoe drop – that it would be considered a-ok as a tax.
The part the left should have clipped out if they really wanted this video to be fap material is the part where she angrily says, “congress has to make it a tax!”
Within seconds she understands the flaw in the ruling – something the giddy progtards have still not figured out.

    All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States…The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes…

    Does that say any court can determine was is and is not a tax? Nope! Only Congress can make something a tax.
