I completely agree with every conservative’s gripe about Roberts’s ruling. Yet I also believe that John Roberts has put Obama in a corner he can’t escape from, intentional or not. John Roberts ruling has temporarily sent me to the Fireball. And I rarely am pushed in such a direction. At least Fireball will, for now, stop this confusion Roberts has created. Anyone gonna ambush him with questions? (Hiccup)

Because Harriet was a bad goddam pick, that’s why. Yannow, all this bullshit spin for Willard is just sickening. Look, for once in the repetitive bleat of the incremental socialist Left, they’re right: it’s Bush’s fault.
As much as I think Ann is an ass for pushing Willard, yannow, the former Massachusetts Governor who was first to implement Agenda 21, and the health care mandate, well, she was right about Roberts. Roberts was a Progressive do nothing unknown nominated by a Big Government Dubya.
Insanity? Einstein is laughing from his grave.

Miers? She was Bush’s counsel, known for nothing except being Bush’s counsel. I recall nearly everyone, conservatives especially, crying “cronyism!”, and “You can pick someone better!”
I also recall a great collective conservative sigh of relief when we got Roberts.
Roberts isn’t guilty of activism. He called it according to the Constitution, and the fault for a far-left president and a far-left legislature that wheeedled and scammed Obamacare through is the fault of the American public.
Now it’s up to us to get it undone. NOT the courts.

Since PPACA is now a tax, it is unconstitutional as all revenue bills must originate in the House (Article 1, Section 7).
PPACA as passed originated in the Senate. The election of Scott Brown gave the Republicans enough votes to sustain a filibuster, which prevented the House bill from being brought back into the Senate. The House bill was then based on the Senate bill, passed, and reconciled.
PPACA started in the Senate, went to the House, and then finished via reconciliation (simple majority vote) in the Senate.
The Supreme Court has ruled that PPACA is a tax. Taxes are revenue. Revenue bills must originate in the House of Representatives. PPACA originated in the Senate. PPACA is unconstitutional.

Tell us again why Bush was ever even considered a remotely-better-than-utterly-incompetent president.
As someone once said, Bush was the gate that swung closed on liberty. Obizzle is merely the latch.

Roscoe: In 2007, I tried to convince a friend that Obama was not good for America. He said, “Well, Obama can’t do any worse than the one before him.” Now we have living proof, don’t we? I don’t want 4 more years of this plunder and lawlesness.
