Doctors have been unionized in Peoples’ Republics (CA et al.) for some time now. But to do that is to accede to the notion that the medical profession ranks several notches lower than the legal profession, the archenemy of doctors. That was the issue when they tried it in Florida several years ago, pre-JEB, when DemocRATs were in power here.

The AMA is NOT a union for physicians. It represents only about 20% of physicians. I joined as a medical student because it was dirt cheap. I quit when they endorsed Hillarycare back in the 90s. I don’t know a single surgeon or other specialist that now belongs to the AMA. They don’t represent us, nor do they have our best interests at heart. Seeing how they played “bite the pillow” for Obamatax, looks like they don”t have the best interests of America at heart, either.
