It’s just symbolic without control of the senate.

That’s nice, Eric – Just make sure you do it again next year when there is a Republican Senate & President

When a totally meaningless gesture is called for, Eric Cantor will be there to lead the charge.

Eric, call me when you have 60 votes in the Senate to back up what you’re going to do.

    Like Ann B. says:

And you know what the result will be? Not an iota of ObamaCare will be touched, much less repealed. The republicans want it every bit as much as the democrats. They’re all gunning for that power. They will NEVER turn loose of that power voluntarily. We are now to the point where the only way we get rid of these people and re-establish a lawful government is through involuntary removal. In short, we are either going to have to have a junta, or an all-out hot civil war. I strongly, strongly advocate a junta at this point. A junta would be, by far, the least bloody solution. Sadly, there are no men of integrity left in the flag officer corps to do it – the U.S. military is populated by vile, power-hungry, money-grubbing Marxist degenerates just as much as the three branches.

Which circles us back to the root problem of personal integrity in this nation. We are a nation of godless cowards and self-worshiping trash, and we will have the government we deserve as such.

Cantor was on Hannity last night and talks (uh, uh) just like Obama. I hope he is gone in November, along with Zero and Boehner. Why do people keep sending these morons back to Congress? In 350 million people, aren’t there any better ones to represent us? I don’t trust Cantor…it must be an election year for him.

Is Cantor up for re-election in November? This charade would seem to indicate so.

They didn’t repeal the light bulb ban; how are they going to be able to repeal this monstrosity?

Representatives must be forced to show their stripes BEFORE the election so they can be held to account after it. I’m no more a big fan of Cantor than of Romney, but you have to run what you brung.

@ Boobie – thanks. 100 watt incandescent very hard to find; only those ugly cork screw bulbs seems to be available.

Thats nice Eric, but even if you vote to repeal it the Senate also has to vote to repeal it and then obama will just executive order it.

Oh, the enthusiasm!!! What’s the MATTER with these people, they all three look terrified! No wonder the party of evil mocks conservatives, our “leaders” are shaking like Dorothy, the lion and the tin man standing before the fake wizard of Oz. Are they expecting the flying monkeys to swoop down and tote them off? Buck up and act like leaders, we need boldness and confidence right now!

Eric Cantor won his primary a couple weeks ago with 90% of the vote over a hardcore TEA partier with no cash.

SCOTUS can’t touch the law again til 2014 (for lawsuits).
And nothing with this crew can be done til Jan 2013.

I think I’ll just hold off on taking the cyanide for a while longer. :)
