@Reiuxcat- I too get “profiled” every single time I fly- no matter what airport/country(including my frequent business trips to… Amsterdam!) I ALWAYS have to get all the way to the PAT down- ALWAYS. Mancakes makes sure we get there 20 minutes early to allow for my shake down time. I guess they really fear women who are 5′1″, 110 pounds with long curly strawberry blonde hair and large, um…intelligence (refer to the snark post over a month ago) with a mildly German sounding last name.

After numerous attempts to find out why I was subjected to getting publicly felt up before every flight, I was told that upon check in, the machine “randomly” prints a symbol on the seat assignment slip that indicates a search. Still not buying it.

Hi Cakes, Delta uses SSS symbols on their boarding passes. I also learned you cannot check in online if you’ve been “chosen”. All through experience.

@rcat- ‘random’ my patted down a$$. I have NEVER seen a Muslim male get the treatment. Heck, Mancakes never gets the treatment. If I travel with my 5 and 9 year old- I am still ’selected’. I asked if my name was similar to one on a no fly list or terror watch list- nothing. Mancakes thinks the similarly sexually oriented ladies to our friend Janet here just want a thrill in their otherwise boring government job day. But I think there is more to it than that.

I once saw 3 young Muslim men breeze right through the security line in Hartford CT, while they stopped the person right behind them- an infirm 80+ year old woman traveling with her husband. They put her through the puffer machine. (just before they sent me through it) OUTRAGEOUS!

I, for one, get tired of being almost completely stripped. Then trying to manage all my shiite while hopping down the Fuc#ing bunny trail. It’s very frustrating. My only intent, while flying, is to get from point A to point B without some fatass toothless TSA worker running a cold wand up the crack of my ass. All the while giving me attitude because they chose a piss poor job and I’m somehow an inconvenience to their 79 twinkie breaks. As TomMo would say “OH FFSake!”

They pulled my husband and myself aside…72-73 years old…examined us from head to toe..went through all our luggage. All this while other passengers are walking by looking at us like we were indeed terrorists. Someone from another country, looking like most terrorists do…walks through with a bomb. Should we care?
