She is a warrior for conservatism, an anti-jihadist, is on our blog roll, and is well -respected throughout the blogosphere.

I can back her up, too. We’ve known each other on Facebook for upwards of 2 years during which time we’ve had consistent contact. This means I’ve seen just about everything she’s ever posted and can trace the trajectory of who she is back a relatively long way. We have also have had several phone conversations during which I can hear her children in the background. She has received mail from me, so I know her home address is real. I haven’t met her in person so my ability to verify her 1,000% is admittedly lacking. However, based on the experiences I DO have, if she is a fraud then she is one hell of a con. As for me, I choose to trust her. I do trust her and I know that she is a stalwart Conservative and anti-jihadist, as well as being a good person who needs some help right now.

I am really me, and I even offered my long form birth certificate to Big Fur Hat to prove it the last time this happened. I also invited him to go with me to the my specialist and sit in on a an appointment if he is ever in the area so he could look through my medical records if he wanted to.

I don’t know what happened here, but it sounds like someone is doubting Mare’s authenticity. Well, that’s bound to happen on the internet. It’s understandable. It IS hard to trust people, but at the same time…my goodness sometimes you have to trust the evidence that you have otherwise we will always be paranoid and looking over our shoulder for the next fraud.

Also, the truth is it doesn’t take a lot to help Zilla. What it takes is MORE people to help. It is the principled thing for Conservatives to do, since we are the ones who carry the banner of individual liberties and self-determination, and NOT socialism and dependence upon the state. Because we are the ones who believe in “love thy neighbor”, not “get in the welfare line”. And even if Zilla DID get in the welfare line, guess who would still be paying for her? You and me. See how that works? So basically, just do good by by-passing the government and go straight to PayPal or mail her a check.
