Biden Left Out of Top Campaign Meetings
On Sunday evenings, President Obama meets with his top ten campaign officials to “gather for a confidential briefing on his re-election,” according to the New York Times. Present at these meetings, which, we learn, usually take place after the president’s Sunday golf outings, are a slew of White House and campaign officials.
“The attendance roster, which was confirmed by multiple people familiar with the list, reveals a mix of White House staff, including: David Plouffe, a senior adviser and campaign manager from 2008; Jack Lew, the chief of staff; Valerie Jarrett and Pete Rouse, senior advisers; Dan Pfeiffer, the communications director; and Alyssa Mastromonaco, a deputy chief of staff who has worked for Mr. Obama since his days in the United States Senate,” the Times reports.

When Richard Nixon ran for president in 1968, a study group found that Nixon was so underwhelming that all of his possible choices for VP would shine so brightly that they would obscure him! So he searched for a VP that was unknown and so unrecognizable that the ticket would actually be Nixon, and no one else. So they selected Spiro Agnew. Not because they thought he would be a good successor but because he blended so well into the background.
Now, Slow Joe is kept out of the campaign meetings. Been nice knowin’ ya, Joe!

There were rumors back a few months ago that Biden was out and Hillary would be Obummers running mate. If the polls keep showing Obummer is going to lose, then I expect Joey is history. Obummer has a history of throwing people under the bus.
