    God bless Mark Levin.. This has been a rather depressing day, with almost all the once-”trusworthy” sites on the right posting screeds against Gingrich.

    Is he perfect? No.
    Is he the best of those running? HELL YES!

    I’ve notice Moonbattery, which I visit frequently, is very much anti-Newt, pro-Romney and constantly uses Ann Coulter as a reference and authority.

    Thank God for Mark Levin. I agree with Czar – depressing to see that Mittens negative ads may be having an effect in Florida. Levin’s piece raised my spirits a little. I pray that the Florida voters were listening.

    Some very deep pockets are involved. Greed is a horrible thing and waving a piss-pot full of money in front of someone who has very little (quite a few blogs just scrape by and I’m sure few make the amount of money the Super-Pacs are spending).     Haven’t found it yet, but there’s this one that Ann says Newt is the least conservative of all of them.

    I can listen to Mark Levin all day long…
    Which would you rather have — Levin’s passion vs. the banality of Dennis Miller….
    Levin’s passion vs. the inanities of Hannity? Levin had deep sadness when Palin withdrew from running on his show.

    The only Conservative yeller is Ann Coulter – instant turnoff.

    I think a lot of this comes from the inner circle of the RNC believing that they can’t win and looking for a way to blame their failure on others.

    Romney wins the nomination and loses the general election.
    -Fault of the rank and file.
    Newt wins the nomination and loses the general.
    -Fault of the rank and file.

    Romney wins the general.
    -All glory to the elites, no thanks to the rank and file.
    Newt wins the general.
    -Elites suck up to the media to destroy him.

    Am I being paranoid? Maybe so but there’s a definite “my way or the highway” campaign going on with the Republican party. I think they resent not being able to preordain a candidate and have the sheep accept it through referendum.

    Last time I checked – each one of the candidates happens to be “a human being, a person”…HOW do you KNOW he is not coached, trained??? What NONE of you Paultards seem to get is that Paul is in fact, a politician – and has been one for a VERY LONG time. Is it the vinegar that keeps him pure and all the rest of the politicians corrupt?

    WATCH him at the debates – he’s as adroit as any at NOT answering a question, or dancing around it.

    Funny you should mention that. When Obamacare passed, I said to any conservative in earshot- “the Republicans will never repeal it”. Then I added- “Just wait until Romney’s the nominee and running on platform of ‘fixing’ but not repealing Obamacare”.

    I disagree with the very loud claim that Gingrich won the house back in 1995.

    I was a long time democrat, pretty much up until the election in question. And I can tell you what made me a republican and that was fricking Bill Clinton.

    If he had been less of a liar I might be trying to make excuses for Barak Obama right now. So lets stop this shouting and name calling in the name of being against name calling.

    The “Great One” was around when the Republican Revolution of ’94 started and he was very involved in the Reagan White House. Levin’s also a constitutional lawyer and very familiar with Newt’s leadership role in the House. If he defends Newt, it’s because he’s experienced first-hand what it takes to get an agenda passed in Congress. I’ll go with Newt, any day!
