I was hoping you’d post this. Hard to believe these are the times we’re living in.

…CRAZY EYES!!! Lord this time she put on her “Crazy Face”! The whole time, I kept thinking “This could’ve come from Ann as easily as from Patrick Henry, save for the different tyrant”! You can feel the passion in her delivery. I wish that there was a major media outlet that could get this message to the entire population. FOX has surely fallen down on its job, and even before they caved, there were still millions and millions of Americans who still have the wool over their eyes, whether willfully or not. I say Let it come too. I fear that by the time the correction begins, it may be too late. It definately becomes harder and harder to overcome with each passing day. It is NEVER impossible, because like Ann and Patrick said, there is a Just God who stands on the side of the righteous, and if we will trust in Him, He will deliver us. Like I read somewhere the other day, I’ve read the end of The Book… We Win!!!!

What a great speach. Sadly, it is becoming as relevant today as it was back then. All I had to do was substitute US whenever she said British and her point was made.
I watched it earlier on her site, and I’m glad you posted it here.

I can’t spell – “speech”

This woman’s talking points are lost in the fact that she comes across as a deranged lunatic. Wow.

@Tim –
First of all, they’re not “talking points”, which explains your second comment about a deranged lunatic – understood to be passion by those who understand the purpose.

Matter of opinion. Where I see crazy you see passion. Age old issue.

It does depend on your point of view.

Right on Ann – But you are talking to the ITOW lunch crowd. We get it.
Is it only me or is she only talking out of my left speaker? And does that matter?

I would definitely NOT tread on her and I thank God she’s on our side.

I’m convinced YouTube has a software program that picks out the worst possible screen shot of Ann when they post her videos.
Luckily, you just have to play the video to see how pretty Crazy Eyes really is.
And poor Tim, Ann’s words make him uncomfortable. Pobre nino.

It had been decades since I had read the entire Patrick Henry oratory prior to the final vote at the Continental Congress in 1775.
Thanks Ann for the inspiration to review the speech.
The events that inspired Henry can be placed in historical perspective today.

@ Stevo: I concur wholeheartedly. Except that she’s not ‘pretty,’ she’s beautiful. And I’d say that even if she looked like Quasimodo, Darth Vader without his mask, or even me first thing in the morning(which she doesn’t, and you can all thank your lucky stars for that)…because her beauty comes from within.
Her heart, soul and courage serve as both a shining example and a stinging rebuke to the rest of us. And THAT, my fellow Americans, is TRUE beauty.
That’s The Way I See It.

@FreeMan –
It happened to me too, so it must be by design.
Could it possibly be that the RIGHT already knows the significance of the speech, but the LEFT have to hear it again??
Tim
January 25th, 2012
@Stevo – read more carefully. I agree with her words. I simply stated that she comes across deranged, which is unfortunate because she has a good message. With that “passion” as some of you call it, she’s preaching to the choir at best. Anyone who needs convincing will write her off as crazy.

@ Tim: I can see where you’re going here, bro…but anyone who needs ‘convincing’(as opposed to simple truthful information)at this point, is simply immune to reality.
There is a difference.

I realize “on the fence” would have been a better choice of words on my part than “needs convincing”

January 25th, 2012
Tim – Listen more carefully. Those are the words of Patrick Henry, would you consider him a ‘deranged lunatic?’ I’m quite sure he delivered a very impassioned speech as well.
So just admit it, you were trying to be snarky and we called you on it. A simple apology is sufficient.

I seriously doubt that there are too many “on the fence”, let alone “need convincing” people, that follow Ann’s blog. She was rallying the faithful, not turning converts.

Thanks for posting this, Claudia. We all need to hear Patrick Henry’s words. “Crazy Eyes” is more serious than ever, for good reason. I’m with Wraith on that; deadly passion can be a fine thing.

@Stevo –
No apology yet? Perhaps Tim could learn something from Mr. Singh on the “Leno Being Sued” post.

I don’t see crazy. I see intense, determined, and intelligent. And you can’t go wrong with Patrick Henry.
Burry that cat.
January 25th, 2012
Damn skippy Mrs. Poppet. Arguing against the adoption of the Constitution was the smartest thing he ever did.
“We the People” indeed. Try “We the States”.
