Spinning Class

AOL-

The female bodybuilder who once ran a bicycle business with latest Herman Cain accuser Ginger White says the Atlanta woman never mentioned the Republican presidential candidate, who she says was her lover for 13 years.

“His name has never come up,” said Kimberly Vay, who told ABC News that she and White were former business partners.

But Vay, who filed and won a libel lawsuit against White, refused to comment directly when asked whether she considers White’s accusations about Cain credible. “When you see the details of my lawsuit,” said Vay, “they will speak for themselves.” She then referred ABC News to her attorney.

According to Vay’s suit, which was filed in June 2011, White and Vay were partners in a fitness coaching business called No Limit Cycling, and held spinning classes inside the Martin Luther King Recreation Center, which is owned by the City of Atlanta. In November 2010, claimed Vay, White asked to end their partnership, with White continuing to operate No Limit Cycling, and Vay agreed.

On December 9, according to the complaint, White sent a “defamatory” note to a master email list of the company’s clients and to city officials. The email said that White’s business had “come tumbling down [on] the day I invited Kim Vay into my life and my business” and that Vay had turned her “dream” into a “nightmare.” According to the complaint, the email alleged that Vay, a competitive bodybuilder, injected veterinary drugs into her system prior to contests,” and also said that Vay preferred to date black men but had made derogatory comments about black women’s hair.

Vay’s complaint termed the allegation about drug use “false, malicious, defamatory” and “reckless,” and therefore libelous.

Both women retained attorneys, according to Vay’s account, and reached an out-of-court settlement in April 2011. In June, Vay filed suit, claiming that White had failed to live up to the settlement and that she was entitled to sue for libel. Vay’s attorney Kurt Martin told ABC News that White had failed to honor the financial agreement that had settled the case.

Vay also told ABC News that she had filed a petition for a restraining order against White, but that the petition was never finalized and no restraining order was issued.

When White did not respond to a subpoena or appear at a hearing, a DeKalb County judge entered a default judgment in Vay’s favor on Nov. 3, 2011. A jury will decide damages.

During an interview with Atlanta Fox affiliate WAGA, White was asked about Vay’s libel case. She said, “I admit it. Whatever happened with Kim and I happened.” Her attorney told the station that White didn’t respond to Vay’s lawsuit because she though the dispute had already been settled.

Sadly none of this will matter, as it will not be covered properly by the 5th column. The average “dumber than dogshit” American voter would prefer to get their news from a low rent comedian on Comedy Central or a monologue by Conan Obrien rather than have to think critically about anything.

Well. I’ve been thinking about it.

The phone records are pretty damning.
The second personalized message in the book seems a bit coy, like a secret “tee hee” message.

Nobody pays some chick’s rent without discussing it with their wife.

And why would Cain be text messaging at 4 in the morning?

Honestly, I don’t care about the affair. Again, it’s the cover-up.
Just like Weiner, I get creeped out by the person’s ability to go on a tour saying everyone else is lying.

When you’re running it is different than when you’re already in.
If you’re the president you can simply not even acknowledge claims against you, especially when the media is on your side.
When you’re running you feel compelled to answer the charges.
If you’re guilty you have a 10% chance of winning your election. People don’t like convincing liars.

Just so were clear, I wouldn’t vote for Cain at this point, but it has WAYYYYYY more to do with his lack of knowledge when it comes to pretty much anything outside the Continental United States, than it does with a bunch of he said-she said bullshit the media wants to focus on.

This whole sordid mess has done more to shine a light on the rancid hypocrisy of the media than anything else. Remember how Clinton’s indiscretions were seen as “a private thing” and “not relevant” to whether or not he would be a good President. Rick Perry is a bumbling idiot for not knowing the voting age, but Obama is simply BRILLIANT in spite of thinking there are 57 states or the people of Austria speak Austrian, or that Iranians attacked the English Embassy not the British Embassy.

All this claptrap will end up blowing up in the faces of the mainstream media. Mark my words.

If the media was this resourceful regarding all politicians, America would be doing fine.

Since the media only attacks the right, they need to be treated as a PAC instead of Journalists.

Here is the one thing I fear from all this:

Will this continued harrassment from the left cause Herman Cain to pull a “Thompson” halfway through the primaries?

In 2008, Fred Thompson garnered a lot of support in Tennessee, and many people put their vote in for him during early voting. But he dropped out of the race before the TN primary, and THOUSANDS of early votes went nowhere. Those votes could have gone to Huckabee, Romney, or a vintage 1954 Wurlizer jukebox with a broken needle – you know, someone more effective than McCain.

Mr. Cain, if these false allegations continue (who am I kidding? AS these false allegations continue), if you cannot guarantee with 120% assurance that you will stay in the race until the RNC, please for the sake of our great nation, drop out now.

Once again, at least he likes women. The same can’t be said about Presentdent ass-monkey.

If Obama’s cock sucking and a$$ fcuking doesn’t matter then Herman’s pu$$y pounding doesn’t matter.

If Obama being in love/bed with socialists/communists/muslims doesn’t matter. Then Herman being in bed with Ms. White doesn’t matter.

She’s just getting her bank account filled by someone she doesn’t have to lay down with now.

So am I to understand she had a 13 year long affair and no one else knew about it?
I don’t think so. Cheaters are proud of what they do.

You look at her background and her financial troubles and her pending eviction, and the lawsuit between her and Vay, and I come to the conclusion that White is in it for the $$$$. She gets paid to do interviews and it’s a win-win for her. How she libeled Vay shows me that White is a vicious vindictive person.

There were claims of text messages. Any substantiation of the claims? Is there a recording of the news call to Cain’s phone? Have we seen the phone bills? Anyone can make up fake crap like Dan Rather did to try to take down an opponent. Do we have legitimate confirmation that the so called evidence isn’t fraudulent? We know Ginger White is another screwball woman. The biggest problem I have is that Cain called a woman like her a friend. Does he have some weird thing going on where he wants to be the knight in shining armor for screwed up women? What a waste.

This is a pure, unrelenting, libelous assault on Herman Cain. It will not stand.

With Lin Wood at the helm, let’s hope this skank gets smacked with a huge financial judgment. Not that she’ll ever be able to pay.

I don’t know… I look at Herman, I listen to him speak and I just don’t think he is even remotely capable of committing these unsubstantiated acts of horror against ugly white women and floozie white women.

I just don’t see it happening.

Quite frankly, I don’t have a problem with a businessman having an affair nor do I mind him lying about it if it hurt his business ventures in the future – people like Herman Cain are the reason the U.S.A. even exists at all, what with the financial savvy and paying of the taxes and hiring folks…a little on the side is fine, even if he is a Christian man – God forgives him the second he asks for it so that settles the situation as far as his soul goes.

I don’t expect a President to be a genius, or to have one heck of huge amount of knowledge about everything that will apply to his tenure as the Commander in Chief – I do care that he has shown an ability to hire or have as advisors people who do have sound knowledge and who have helped or will likely help in the future. That’s what happens when you put your ballot in the box – you are saying that this person is competent and capable at picking people to be placed in places of extraordinary trust and power, people who will decide court cases and determine a multitude of other issues.

Herman Cain is just one human. All humans have flaws in regards to your perceived notions of morality or whatever else you pretend is an adequate determination of future performance. Give this man as much leeway as the other side gives their candidates, or you’ll be seeing more of this Ob-ama fellow prancing about the world making even more of a sucker out of this, Our Great Nation.
