They have an irrational fear of guns and they don’t want YOU to have any.

Why do the most ardent anti-gun women in California look like they’ve been hit with a fully automatic ugly stick?

Hate Libs, but..
I will play devil’s advocate on the subject of: “being shot by an unloaded gun”. This was not taken or presented in it’s spirit.
It is a long standing tradition in gun safety practice to treat every firearm you handle as loaded. Hard to “accidently” shoot someone that way!
The “unloaded gun”, in this reference, is one that someone ‘assumed’ was unloaded’ – not one that someone verified was unloaded.
It’s about the mindset. Not the actuality of the gun’s loaded/unloaded condition.
Because: You should always handle them as being loaded and ready to fire.
It is a “true” statement that a lot of people have been shot by guns that the trigger-puller swore was not loaded.
Sloppy can get you killed.
