    Last night I put on my NRA hat, the one that says “NRA” on the front and has an American flag on the right side, put the dog in the truck and drove to town. Went to Staples, Walmart, and Chic-fil-A, and all I got from people who looked at my hat were smiles and good old Southern friendliness.

    It was depressing though to see the naked ammo shelves at Walmart. They still had some 9mm and .357 SIG, but no .357 Magnum. If I didn’t load my own I would be shit out of luck on the revolver ammo.

    If Walmart CEOs still hold the same values that Sam Walton did, we don’t have to worry about them buckling. Sam was a good man.

    I think I read here a while back that Wal-Mart is run by a lib nowadays, but guns and ammo are big business for them.
    In fact, if the shelves were empty it was likely due to customers STOCKING UP rather than some self-imposed ban á la DICK’S (can’t imagine a state-imposed ban in the south, outside a university town.)
