Dumb-ass smokes a blunt just before walking into the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

” Leotis Rodgers, 31, of North Little Rock, was arrested outside of the Sheriff’s Office after a records clerk noticed a strong smell coming from him.”

They don’t care much for hippies either.
