Sue them in state court. Most state judges take a pretty dim view of federal agents violating the 4th amendment. Have the search warrant vacated as improper, then demand that the local district attorney file charges. When the gov’t claims they had a warrant, ask them, “Really, show me.” They won’t be able to because it’s been declared invalid and never existed in the first place. Then some federal agents will be spending some time in the county Gray Bar Motel. With no warrant, they are open to all kinds of prosecutions, both civil and criminal.

I’m not saying this didn’t happen, but why would DHS take this guy down and not the ATF. That seems more then strange to me. I get the feeling there’s more to this story.

Me too, Bad Brad. They don’t drive your car, they pull it up on a wrecker. They don’t “direct” you to get in the back seat — they Put you in the back seat. Especially after they bloody you up.
I’d devote my time to seeing that all the mother fuckers involved lose their jobs. Dig up all the dirt on them and let everybody know. Lawyers can suck you dry in a short time; that’s what makes these kind of tactics work.

Well, first of all, you should know already if your county sherriff plans on co-operating with the feds or you. Find out now if you don’t know.

If they are the type like, ooh saay, Chief Garry McCarthy of Chitcago then I advise your immediate re-location to a more sane locale with people that agree with you more often. Everyone under his kind of thumb will be abused.

If they DO seal your block and make such announcements as this with your neighbor as the target? This is the time to rise and protect your brother – and yourself.

Remember, “When they came for ____ I did nothing because I wasn’t one of them…” Who will protect you if you don’t protect others?

And you don’t just tie in with GPS, you take a 100′ tape and tie-in to no less than three points of reference and draw a map. When the shit hits the fan, the feds will hit a switch and Selective Availability will be turned back on in the GPS satellites so that only the military will have any kind of accuracy. You still may be able to use the Russian GLONASS satellites if 0bama hasn’t made a deal with the commies, but accuracy will drop with less satellites.

The fuckers are going to be in for an unpleasant surprise when they try that at the first wrong neighborhood, and the “innocent bystanding neighbors” open fire on the thugs from all sides.

And for those of us in rural areas in Red States, the Sheriff and SWAT would show up, alright, and they’d open fire on the federal thugs as well.

unruly, I expect nothing depending on “systems” to work during chaotic times.

Managing things while off grid will be a steep learning curve for those that never considered it before.

If an effective EMP is used we’re rally f&^@ked.

Would be nice to possess a mobile EMP gun, though. Could solve some problems.
