Sure, let’s just keep chipping away at the Constitution.
I have a better idea…it’s called the “punch an asshole in face bill”. What is restores is the right of the individual to kick the ass of a photographer who is intruding on your family time etc. without fear of assault charges. It is instead enacted into law as a form of instant judgement.
So, you want to be a pond scum photographer, you simply have to accept the risk that if your subject isn’t into your “art” you may receive a knuckle sandwich with no chance of recompense.
I think it’s always better to return to the simplicity of personal responsibility and consequences of your actions than to write more bills which increasingly restrict freedom.
