I want to ignore the 16th and 17th amendments. Yeah. That works for me.

Has Seidman figured out exactly WHO determines what parts of the constitution are bad and which are good? The gov’t? Fuck that! They’d keep the taxing clauses and remove the 2nd amendment.

What about conflicts? I want to ignore the 16th amendment but I’ll bet every politician and every democrat (socialist) wants to keep it. What do we do? Rock — Paper — Scissors?

No matter how you slice it, after all is said and done, the final decision will be “just leave it alone since no one can make up their mind.”

    Thumb up +4
