Massachussetts statists official interpretation of a state law punishes the majority in order to force them to accept the behavior of a small, deviant population. Anyone caught calling Billy by his birth name can be punished. Parents will be left in the dark.

Wow, this is really insane. Parents of normal students should “assert” that their children are already educated to a point beyond anything such perverted schools could possibly have to offer. It would be damaging to the children to keep them in such schools that have idiots making the calls.
You cannot gain an education from an idiot.

Parents of normal kids should insist that the school build “Perv” bathrooms and locker rooms.

There has got to be a legal suit over this. Unbelievable that ‘won’t anybody think of the children’ can be trumped by this.

What happens when a “transgendered” male freak makes sexual advances to one of the girls “he’s” sharing a locker room with? Is she required to just accept the advance and do nothing? What would be an effective way to stop this type of abuse? Keep the “transgendered” male freaks out of the girl’s locker room? Perhaps?
Schmucks.

“Furthermore, the policy document explains, neither doctor’s note nor hormone therapy nor even parental permission is needed for a student to switch sex: If a boy says he’s a girl, as far as the schools should be concerned, he’s a girl.”
What passes for reasoning. I said so, so it is.
This state is an incredible hodge-podge of insane policy making. I once read that it has the highest concentration of colleges and universities in the country, which explains a lot. An overabundance of young wonks churning their way through the public sector because their pony-tailed profs told them to get out there and make a difference – not get an actual job or produce anything of value or merit. And that is how we got here. Hell of a ride that’s going to implode at the end.
