One of the few times in my life I wish I had enough $$ to do this. The only drawback I can think of is the weather.
Couldn’t they have picked a tad warmer climate?

It is a well-protected neighborhood and all, but I would prefer not to have to live in a place that’s built like a prison — guard towers included.

As interesting as this article was and as much as I would like to come somewhere away from all this craziness–I honestly never considered it because it was “too good to be true” and Dagney certainly provided that evidence. I am surprised it wasn’t a Glenn Beck project!
