Perhaps if “his officers” used their guns as defensive weapons instead of trying to “intimidate” the bad guys into surrender, (especially if this assclown is going on tv announcing that they just want to scare the criminals into coming quietly), then maybe he wouldn’t lose so many employees. Durham is a “Sanctuary City” overflowing with gangs and drugs, but we hardly ever (maybe 1 a year) have cops killed in line of duty… because when they pull their weapons, they will SHOOT YOUR ASS!!!
