    Unfortunately, this victory is due to a “technicality.” The complainant was used by the ACLU to create an injury that didn’t exist. The court did not rule on the constitutionality of the monument.

    @Stranded Anything to set the ACLU back on these types of cases is a plus. It would of been nice to get a ruling that would set precedent. This case also exposes the ACLU’s hubris and hopefully will give courage to others to fight back.
