In Soviet Russia the milk buys you at a low price

State regulators crack down on store for selling milk too cheaply. Allegedly some consumer complained that they weren’t paying enough for a gallon of milk, regulations require price to be at least 6% higher than cost.

    So the price of one brand of milk is gonna possibly shut down or undermine all the other grocery stores?

    Wonder what they do with the ones that have spoiled on the shelves because they are too expensive to buy.
