Entirely based upon projections. But if Gov. Moonbeam says so it must be true! It will be interesting to see actual numbers in a few months, when gov’t starts backpedaling and calling for tax increases, and threatening to cut education again. Fortunately, with a supermajority in both chambers they can increase income tax to 100% on those evil rich people.

Wow! What’s it been now, 2 weeks since his tax increase passed and he’s already balanced the budget for the next four years? I’ll bet Moonbeam’s cumulative gpa in college went from a 2.3 to a 4.0 in his last semester, too.
Begs the question, What the hell is Obama’s problem?
