Whoa. GayDay Parades are in June.
The summer Jamboree will be in San Francisco.
I can just imagine all the new “merit” badges.
And the Eagle Scout will then be outranked by the QueerDuck Scout.
“Tenderfoot” will take on a whole new meaning.

When I was a scout (1958-1962), we never had the benefit of swimwear when encountering a refreshing-looking body of water in the wild.
Also younger, unmarried, guys were scoutmasters as well as fathers and grandfathers. Nowadays they’d be suspect. And regardless of the national body, local mores will prevail and vigilantes will rule.
(I’d like to think that, but if it were true, the second amendment would be being exercised on public school teachers; haven’t heard of any such incidents.)
