Well, when he belongs to a party that frequently voted for deploying more soldiers but against buying more vital equipment, it’s pretty hard to believe they’re not just using dead soldiers to promote themselves.

Obama is an a55. Military deaths are NOT for furthering your politics just the same as children are off-limits.

I did find that picture especially ironic considering this incident with Obama last year:

Bush was a squishey liberal, but he appeared to respect the military and the sacrifices of it’s members. He seemed to understand, as this thing doesn’t, that they are real people, doing a difficult job. I just hope that BO doesn’t catch on.

Nothing that this low life M*ther F*cker does should surprise anyone anymore. He is the ultimate showman and uses anyone and anything as a stage prop. He has used men, women, fake fainters, fake homeless peolpe and for God’s sake children, why wouldn’t he use dead people? He probably just sees them as more soon-to-be-registered democrat voters….

The salute was practiced and well rendered. The
walk away, after the passing of the coffins ,was
well rehearsed and well excuted. What more can I
say? It is all well documented by the White House
Press Corp. Bush has no “evidence” of any of his
visits to the families of the fallen. Bush never even mentioned that he ever visited. CNN’s
“Lawrence” (can never get his full name) the sit in
for Olberlip screams that Bush and Chaney NEVER
VISITED DOVER, NEVER! I don’t know. Did they?
If they didn’t well they certainly visited the
families, and without much fanfare.

Geez, people, I wrote once that if the military stands with him, we’re doomed; if they don’t we’re in for a long, tough slog. I hope he remains blind to the slights and insults he hurls at the military. Let him keep thinking it’s all about him. Or should that be HIM?

My daughter is a US Marine. She and five others who were training at DINFOS had the enormous privilege of meeting President Bush in February of 2007. Afterwards, she called to tell us about it, but was unable to really express herself, which is odd in itself. Her MOS is Combat Correspondent and she is a very articulate young woman.

Mostly, she said that the president had said he was especially pleased to see them right then because he needed cheering up. (I looked up his schedule; he had just returned from making a speech to a bunch of Democrats.)

He hugged the women and shook hands with the men, posed with the group and told the photographer to make sure everyone got copies of the pictures. But mostly, she said, he LOOKED at them. She said it was overwhelming, that she felt as if he was peering straight into their souls.

I wondered when I read Red State’s column if he hadn’t been thinking, “Will this one die under my command?” I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that he was praying for each of them.

I have four kids in uniform. I felt more at ease with Bush at the helm when they were deployed to Iraq than I do now when none of them are in Afghanistan.

Let me see If I got this right. The Prez, (commander in chief), seems to take delight in spitting in the face of the military. This same Prez,seems to take equal delight in sidestepping the constitution. Were an insurrection to occur(I’m not advocating this). Do you really expect the military to protect you?
Just asking.
